How do I track my order?

Go to My Orders, click the order, and watch the status timeline. If a delivery partner is assigned and sharing location, the latest location will appear on that page.

I didn't receive my OTP / it expired.

Use Resend OTP on the OTP screen. OTPs are typically valid for a short time. Confirm your phone number is correct and your network has signal.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are based on distance and operational cost. You’ll always see the final fee during checkout before placing the order.

Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes—COD is supported. You can choose it during checkout where available.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Open the order details (My Orders) and use the feedback/complaint option, or contact support with your Order ID.

What data do you store?

We store basic account details, order information, and operational logs needed to provide delivery and support. See Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I update my address?

Go to Profile → Addresses. Add a new address or set a default address for faster checkout.

My order shows "Delivered" but I didn't get it.

Check with family/neighbors/security first. If it’s still missing, contact support immediately with your Order ID so we can investigate.
